How to Use the Store

Please read the following before getting started:

The store is set up for two purposes:

  • for management and authorized users to order items for company use
  • for employees and others to purchase items for personal use

Step One:

Request an Account

To place an order, you must have an account. If you do not yet have an account, you may request one here. You will receive an invitation to setup your account in 1-2 business days. You only need to do this once.

Have an account but forgot your password?

Your account will be set up using your Foremost location as your default address. All shipments will be sent to your Foremost location unless otherwise specified. Note that shipping to a Foremost location is free of charge; shipping outside of the company will incur charges. If you require shipping to a different location, please edit the Shipping Address upon checkout.

 

Step Two:

Browse the Store

Click 'Shop' in the menu. You can select a category, or you can View All items. Once you click on an item, you will see the available inventory and product descriptions.

Once you have added items to your cart, you can preview your order by clicking on 'Cart' at the top of the page.

After you click Check Out, you will be prompted to log in before proceeding.

 

Step Three:

Make a Purchase
  • Enter your Billing information correctly, but uncheck the box that says 'Ship items to the above billing address' - this will ensure that your items are shipped to your Foremost location (which is your default Shipping address)
  • Select Credit Card at point of payment, and enter your information
  • Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation
  • Shipments go out once a week; your order will be sent to your Foremost location at this time

OR

Place an Order for Company Use

  • Before adding each item to the cart, enter the GL or purpose for the item. This will be used to allocate the order amount appropriately
  • If you need your order shipped immediately, please indicate this in the 'Details' section on the Shopping Cart page
  • If you need your order sent to a different location, simply edit the Shipping Address at checkout. This will not alter your default address
  • Select Management Authorized Order at point of payment. Choosing this option indicates that you have the authority or the appropriate approval to do so. No payment is required.
  • Shipments go out once a week; your order will be sent to your Foremost location at this time

 

Step Four:

To view your Order Status and History

Log in and click 'Your Account' at the top of the screen.

To log out, click 'Your Account' at the top of the screen, and click 'Log Out' on your account page.
