How can I make sure that Shop Foremost emails don't go to my junk mail folder?

Most email providers have an option to add a sender to a 'Safe Senders List', or an option to 'Mark as Not Junk'. Try this, and if Shop Foremost emails are still going to your junk folder, let us know.

Here are the steps for Outlook 2007 users.

 

I submitted a Request for Account, but I haven't received a response. What should I do?

1. Check your junk mail - automated emails such as the Account Invitation email are sometimes flagged as junkmail.

2. If you still don't see anything, please contact us directly at shop.foremost@foremost.ca

 

Do I need to enter a "GL or Purpose" when I am placing a personal order?

No. A GL or Purpose is only required for internal orders, when we need to track and allocate the cost of the order.

 

What if I don't have a credit card, but I want to make a purchase?

We are working on an alternative solution. At the moment, our Accounting Department is not equipped to process a large volume of payroll deduction requests. Please contact us or speak with your direct supervisor to make alternative arrangements.

 

What if I don't see the item I need, and I want to request it?

Any new requests need to be made through the Marketing Department - please contact us directly..

 

What if I don't want to place a formal request, but I have a suggestion for an item I think people would like?

You're welcome to submit suggestions, just fill out the form on our Contact page. Try to include a link to show us the specific item.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you did not request urgent shipping, and there were no problems with your order, it will arrive within 10 business days - but often sooner.

 

What if the item I wanted sells out? Will it get restocked?

Standard items will usually be restocked (USBs, Fersten Hats, pens, etc). Seasonal items are usually only available once - most Golf shirts are pre-booked a year in advance, to ensure that we get the same styles the pros wear each season. Unfortunately, that also means the availability is limited, so once they're gone, they're gone.

 

Does Foremost keep or have access to my credit card number?

No. All payments (including refunds or corrections) are handled through the TD Canada Trust Online Mart system, which is integrated into the Checkout section of the store. The store itself is powered by Shopify, a Better Business Bureau accredited company. Foremost doesn't handle or have access to your credit card information.
